Antimicrobial and Environmental activity of biogenic CS-GO nanoparticles on Uropathogens

Abstract Bioproduction options for nanoparticles are becoming a highly significant subject, with environmental and economic benefits over physical chemical processes. The purpose of the current study is to detect antimicrobial activity chitosan-Graphene oxide that include Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) method determining antibacterial activity, Antibiofilm Activity by Tissue culture plate method, Antioxidant finally hemolysis mixing CS-GO synthesis biologically. result Antibacterial showed ID50 inhibition at concentration (1 mg/ml), while shows high (16 mg/ml) higher in biofilm formation less (0.6mg/ml) appeared very low on formation. antioxidant scavenging ability (600 as (54.06%) (100mg/ml) scavenger (29.42%) also blood different concentration, preferred (1mg/ml) show no blood.
